Jhaelynn Elam
Welcome to the world of our energetic and enterprising leader, Jhaelynn Elam. As the founder and CEO of The B Suite, Jhaelynn dedicated her heart and soul into making it a nurturing haven that celebrates Black culture, community building, and professional development. As the co-founder of 'In Sisterhood, We Brunch', an initiative uniting and empowering women of color, and creating meaningful social and political change, Jhaelynn's passion for creating inclusive spaces is constantly fueled by her drive to serve and make a positive impact. As a multi-city transplant herself, she knows how vital it is to feel connected and included. Jhaelynn's leadership style is relatable, as she draws from her own personal experiences and aspirations that ignite her relentless determination to make a positive impact every single day.
Even more exhilarating is Jhaelynn's venture into travel and lifestyle! She founded Sizije Travel, a boutique travel company that curates unique experiences for Black professionals, making travel more accessible and enjoyable. Jhaelynn's dynamic life experiences, living in eight different cities, have deepened her understanding of the importance of community.
Jhaelynn is a proud alumna of Tuskegee University and The Ohio State University, where she honed her skills and knowledge. Her commitment to lifelong learning helps her better understand and serve her community. Driven by her unyielding aspiration to create inclusive spaces, Jhaelynn uses technology to expand and engage her reach.
