Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes, you may bring your own caterer. We will collect all necessary documents to confirm that your caterer is licensed and insured. We also offer recommendations for caterers if needed.

Can I bring food from home for my event?
Yes, you may bring food from home if it is a private event ( Birthday party, Bridal Shower,etc…) non-ticketed event.

Do you offer event coordination?
Yes, we offer event coordination services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details and pricing.

Do you provide recommendations for decor, photography, or photobooths?
Yes, we can provide recommendations for decor, photography, and photobooths that can be requested for your event. Feel free to ask for more details!

What are the additional costs?
Additional costs that may apply to your rental agreement include:

After-Hours Security Fee:

Monday through Saturday (after 10:00 PM):
Security services are required for events held after 10:00 PM on Monday through Saturday. The fee will be $50 per hour for each hour that security is on duty. -
Sunday (after 6:00 PM):
Security services are required for events held after 6:00 PM on Sundays. The fee will be $50 per hour for each hour that security is on duty.

Will someone be on-site during my event?
Yes, we provide at least one staff member on-site to assist with any questions during your event. Additionally, we have security on-site for the duration of your event.

How many people can fit in the space?
130 sitting, 200 standing guest capacity

What is the minimum number of hours the space has to be rented?
2 hours minimum

What are the parking options?
Parking Options: (1) Street Parking,(2) Surface lot to the right of our building, $11–$17, (3) Metro Parking Ramp: Across the street from us, $5 after 4 PM. To request parking vouchers at $5 each for the Metro Parking Ramp, please let me know the quantity needed. The total cost will be added to your invoice and processed through your HoneyBook portal.

Can we film within the space?
Yes, as long as everyone in the space has agreed to be filmed.

Do you have a kitchen or refrigerator available?
We currently do not have a prep kitchen or refrigerator.

Can we come early to decorate the space?
Please be aware that the time you have reserved and paid for the event is the only time you may use for decorating.
